New Vaduz is a territory of Craitland located in central Keltia.
History
The land of the future New Vaduz—on the west bank of the Rodinia River in central Keltia—first appeared on MCS maps in the second series, appearing as part of the Free Republic's expansive Caput Popularis division on the only known map of the time. On the next known map of Micras, and the only version from the third series on record, the land is now controlled by the Federal Free Republic and included in its Kuralyovia subdivision.
While still undated, between eight claimsmap versions from 4.0.0 to 4.8.0, the land was claimed by Baracão, forming part of its Grandos Llanos region. From version 5.0.0, the land came under the rule of Treesia which, at the time, coincidentally also claimed the majority of the future Craitish mainland on the Fifth Isle. Treesian rule over the land lasted until sometime in 2004, when it became unclaimed for the first recorded time with version 6.7.0.
This period was short-lived, however, with Guimontia establishing a claim on the land beginning with version 6.7.1. Guimontia's claims were removed later in the year after version 6.7.8, and were followed by another short unclaimed period between versions 6.7.9 and 6.8.4 before Attera arrived on version 6.8.5. Under Attera, the now-New Vaduzian land was situated close to its capital city of Mareau. Atteran presence in the region remained until the first recorded map from 2006, version 7.0.5, before being removed on version 7.0.6.
The land then underwent its most prolonged period of having no claimants, staying green on all map versions from 7.0.6 to 12.4.0 over an estimated period of just under two Gregorian years.
New Vaduz was established as a Craitish territory in November 2007, and was first recorded as such on claimsmap version 12.5.0 that month.
