Monarchy

A monarchy is a system of government that installs one all-powerful leader (well, not always so powerful in reality), sometimes with subordinate powers underneath him. The main distinguishing characteristic of a monarchy is the fact that the monarch rules for life, instead of for a set term. Where the monarch does not hold great political power, he is still regarded as a great cultural and moral leader.
