Roya al-Osman is a noblewoman and politician resident in Hurmu. A member of the Order of the Holy Lakes and the Coalition for Democratic Humanism, she is most notably associated with delivering on the Special Administrative Action in the Southern District initiated by her predecessor in the Southern District, Jamshid-e Osman. Her husband, Dāryuš Vištāspa of the Suren, is the prospective heir to the Suren Confederacy. A pragmatic and efficient administrator, she is noted for the support and patronage she has given to Babkhan cultural movements in Eura and Lyrica. Her pastimes include playing polo and the organising of historical re-enactments.
