The Special Administrative Action in the Southern District (1711 AN–1713 AN) was undertaken by the Hurmu Constabulary, Hurmu Peace Corps, ESB-Jagdverbände, and the Allied Mission in Eastern Apollonia, Hurmu & Lyrica so as to normalise conditions in the Southern District, following the suppression of the Great Vanic Revolt, and as a prelude to the anticipated reopening of the district, which had long remained under a special regime of protection following the fall of Stormark in 1685 AN.
