The 2020–21 Raspur Pact Nations League will be the inaugural season of the Raspur Pact Nations League, an international association football competition involving the men's national teams of the 24 member associations of the Raspur Pact Sports Federation. The competition will be held from October to December 2020 (league phase) and June (Finals)

Format

Every national football team representating Raspur Pact member nations and territories will be divided into three 'Leagues' of 8 split into two groups of four. The teams will be allocated to leagues based on the FMF Elo Micras Rankings published after the 2020 Continental Championships. Each team will play six matches using the home-and-away round robin format to be played in October, November and December.

In the top division, League A, teams compete to become the Raspur Pact Nations League champions. The two group winners and runner-ups of League A qualify for the Nations League Finals, which is played in a knockout format consisting of the semi-finals, third place play-off, and final. The semi-final pairings will be the winners of each group against the runners-up of the opposite group. The host country, Sanama was selected by the Raspur Pact Sports Federation Executive Committee, with the winners of the final crowned as the Nations League champions. If the Finals host nation Sanama fail to reach the tournament they will host the tournament regardless of if they are there or not.

Teams also compete for promotion and relegation to a higher or lower league. In Leagues B and C, the group winners are promoted, while the last-placed teams of each group in Leagues A and B are relegated.

Seeding

Seeding of the 24 competing teams was determined by the FMF Elo Micras Rankings published after the 2020 Continental Championships. The 24 member associations were divided into three "Leagues" (8 teams in each), with the highest-ranked teams playing in League A etc. The seeding pots for the draw were announced on 31 August 2020.
