The 2016 Cities' Cup season was the twelfth edition of the Cities' Cup, the secondary football cup competition in Craitland. The cup was contested by 26 teams, and was held between September 2015 and May 2016.

The final was won by Mainlae Town FC, who beat Eĵars Town FC 2–1 for their first ever title.
