The Dark Berry Islands took part in Microvision Song Contest 2022 with the song "A Rose for Epona" by Eluveitie. The song is sung in Istvanistani. This act was performed twenty-second in this year's contest.

The song reflects the difficult times that people in the DBI in recent years have experienced, which has led to a combination of both hope and resignation that there will be a difficult path ahead. Whilst not obtusely a happy song, it reflects the desires of the people of the DBI to strive forwards in their future
