Gangwol Phineaner (Phineaner: Bahasa Phineaner Gangwol) is a Phineaner dialect spoken in the capital city of Phinbella, Negara Awan, part of Federal Special Capital Territory, Territory of Flower, Phinbellan Unincorporated Territory and in Phinbellan Maritime Territories (Maritime Kachi Kochi, Straits Settlements and Territory of Extraterritorial Authority of the Refugee Camp and Immigrant Settlements Area). These territories are those that are directly administered by the federal government (Taesongean: 직할영토; RR: Jikhal-yeongto). This dialect is very dominant in all six territories, however, it is spoken by about 3 million speakers. People are living in the six territories, including the capital, Negara Awan and the city of Bandar Baru Fatin, as well as in the city of Nijigasaki and in the Hidden Leaf, have developed a very distinct dialect, except those living in the western part of the Phinbellan Unincorporated Territory, did not develop a more distinctive dialect. This dialect it has many similarities with the Phinbellan language, the standard Phineaner language in Phinbella. This dialect has also been spoken by the Phinbellan diaspora outside Phinbella.
Gangwol Phineaner dialect is divided into fourteen sub-dialects, the dialects spoken in the Negara Awan and parts of the New Territories are the standard sub-dialect of the Gangwol dialect, while the sub-dialect of the remote archipelago of the Phinbellan Maritime Territories is a highly distinctive sub-dialect because it is closely related to several nearby dialects. The Gangwol dialect also forms two creoles spoken by the Eurasian community, namely the Pyeongrang Phineaner, Ryukchin Phineaner and the post-creole speech of the Springwind Islands Phineaner.
This dialect is officially written with all three scripts, namely Jawi, Latin and Hangul scripts. Local public broadcasts including KBS, TDPP and local broadcasting networks have broadcast programs using this dialect along with its creoles, including radio broadcasts.
