Providencialesian Phineaner (Phineaner: Bahasa Phineaner Providenciales) is a variety of creole based on Gangwol Phineaner that is commonly spoken by multiracial residents in the Providenciales Bonin Islands and Seberang Pyojin collectivities in the Straits Settlements and also in some places on Dinding Island. It differs from Springwind Islands Phineaner – especially at the basilectal level – and from other Gangwol Phineaner-based creoles.

Providencialesian Phineaner is the main spoken language in the city and is derived from the Phineaner trade language, where it is spoken by many Providencialesians in everyday conversation and is often used in advertising targeted at local residents in Providenciales and is often broadcast as the anchor language on local radio such as on KBS 1Radio, it is estimated that almost one million Providencialesians speak Providencialesian Phineaner natively, and as many as 740,000 people speak it as a second language. Although it is the main speech variety, its co-existence with other Phineaner dialects and creoles in Providenciales still plays an important role in maintaining the identity of the metropolitan city. Providencialesian Phineaner began to develop in the early -60BPs to -50BPs when a group of enslaved Phinbellan aliens, Jews and Yapreayans were brought to Providenciales to work there, a group of slaves then learned, and became familiar with the Phineaner vernacular and dialects spoken by Phineaner-speaking slaveholders, such as dialects of Gangwol, Hiliorian, Oranje, Taemhwanian and the Kedahan sub-dialect of Perlisian, and it is used as a speech pattern by the group of slaves. However, when a group of immigrants came to Providenciales in the mid-40BPs to end of -30BPs, the foreign language spoken by the immigrants affected the speech pattern in this city.

This speech pattern has its own characteristics and modifications, due to the diversity of Phineaner dialects and creoles in the city, and it has subtle phonetic, syntactic and lexical differences from other major Phineaner dialects, it also has loanwords and influences from Gangwol, Hiliorian, Oranje, Taemhwanian and Perlisian dialects. It also has many strong influences from Common Tongue, Sangunese, Batavian, Petjo, Arboric, Hebrew, Yapreayan and Taesongean. Providencialesian Phineaner is often considered a low-prestige language despite being spoken as a mother tongue by the majority of this million-strong local population. The pronunciation and vocabulary in Providencialesian creole is far different from Standard Phineaner, especially the Phinbellan language even though it uses a lot of words or derivatives of Phineaner dialects.
