This article is about the Phineaner dialect spoken in Turku and Hōri. For the Phineaner subgroup in the territory, see Turkuhōrian Phineaners.
Turkuhōrian Phineaner (Ngelabun Turku or Ngelabun Hōri, collectively as Ngelabun Turkuhōri; Phineaner: Bahasa Phineaner Turku dan Hōri) is one of the dialects spoken in the Turku and Hōri State, Phinbella. Although it is neither an official language nor a standard dialect throughout the Turku and Hōri State, its coexistence with other major dialects in Turku and Hōri states including Gangwol, Taemhwanian and Scattered Islands Creole still plays an important role in maintaining the Turkuhōrian identity. However, this dialect is made the official vernacular in this state. Although there are several major dialects traditionally spoken in Turku and Hōri, only one of which is referred to by the name "Turkuhōrian Phineaner", the Turkuhōrian dialect is commonly spoken along the Turku River and Hōri River basins. The language has developed distinct phonetic, syntactic and lexical differences that make it unintelligible to speakers from outside the Tempasuk region, especially those who speak Standard Phineaner. Turkuhōrian Phineaner still shares close linguistic ties with its neighbours Orange Free State and Ïeu'ryádoche, and also has linguistic ties with Manschūhōrian Phineaner and Kōkainese Phineaner but retains its own characteristics that are distinct from those of the four dialects. Turkuhōrian Phineaner can be divided into two sub-dialects, the Turku sub-dialect and the Hōri sub-dialect, named after the river where it is predominantly spoken.
