Mikhail Ivanovich Maksimilianov-Shvinnskiy, Count of Schwinn, Viscount of Hope is a Shirerithian–Hurmu nobleman, politician and diplomat; Senator of the Lakes (1736–1745); consul-general of Hurmu in Aqaba (1719–1736).

He is the grandson of Jaime Augusto Joaquin Primo de Aguilar, Catarina de Todos los Santos u-Kart, Evgeniya Sotnikova, Countess of Schwinn, and Eduard Davidovich Maksimilianov. Although descended from the later-Basileus Giakoumis, in accordance with the Petropolis Compact, not recognized as part of the Imperial House of Santiago-Santander and prohibited from acceeding to the Principality of Molivadia. He is a Constancian national by blood descent.
