Faca Automotive Group (Cis. Fabbrica Automobili Cisamarrese Acquecalde, lit. 'Cisamarrese Automobiles Factory, Acquecalde') is a Cisamarran automobile manufacturing group headquartered in Acquecalde. Founded in 1632 it is the largest and oldest automobile manufacturer in Cisamarra. It designs, manufactures and distributes passenger and commercial vehicles, and offers related services. Faca utilises a moving assembly line in all its plants. The company has production plants in Cisamarra, Ransenar, the Benacian Union and Nouvelle Alexandrie. Producing 2.5 million cars across four marques in 1685, Faca AG claims to be one of the largest automotive manufacturers in the world. In 1686 Faca opened an assembly plant in Fieldburg, Elwynn, as well as a subcomponents plant in Alalehzamin for the Benacian market, and an assembly plant in Santorce, Wechua for the Keltian market. In 1687 a new assembly plant will be opened in Buccisi, United Isles. In 1686, Faca AG acquired majority ownership of the Aldurian Motor Company, with a stated goal of complete ownership. At the same time in 1686, Faca AG divested its Stella subsidiary, forming the independent car producer Stella Cars.

In 1688, Faca AG announced its intention to purchase Talenore Automotive Industries from TalCorp, including divisions and subsidiaries TAM Cars, Vita Cars, TAM Commercial Vehicles, Aman Automobiles, Vrolok Auto Company, TAM Construction Vehicles, TAM Finance, and TAM Vehicle Components.

In 1692 Faca AG announced the construction of a new plant in Acquecalde, next to the existing plant. This new plant is expected to produce 600,000 cars from 1697.

Implicated in the Iron Harbour Papers scandal of 1699.

Governance

Faca Automotive Group is formally organised as a Cisamarran Società a responsabilità limitata, a limited liability company. The governance structure consists of a Consiljo di Sorveljanza, Supervisory Board, and a Consiljo di Amministrazjone, Executive Board. The Supervisory Board is headed by the Presidente (Chairman) and is tasked with supervising the performance of the CEO and the Executive Board, safeguarding the interests of the owners. The Executive Board is headed by the Consiljere (Councillor) and is responsible for overall direction of the company and direct supervision of the CEO. The CEO, in Cisamarran called the Amministratore Delegato, handles day-to-day governance of the group an is an ex officio member of the Executive Board. The CEO, or a designate, also usually acts as Consiljere for subsidiaries.
