Recognised states

By virtue of being registered with the Guild of Cartographers the following nations are by default recognised by the Suren Confederacy, however actual relations are considerably more limited in scope. As a general rule the Suren prioritise interactions with those states where it perceives the existence of a "cultural affinity".
