President of Phinbella
The President is the head of state of the Supranational State of the Federal Republic of Phinbella. According to the constitution, his position is largely ceremonial. During the provisional government, the election of the president was based on votes by parliament, although shifting from a presidential republic to a parliamentary republic, and subsequently shifting to a presidential republic. Since the provisional government was dissolved, Phinbella has been a parliamentary republic.
The president is elected through a round of popularity voting system, and he is elected by universal suffrage even if reserved for certain groups. The president serves eighteen months for one term, and is not eligible for re-electing either directly or indirectly.
There are strict requirements for candidates, the fullness of candidates for eligibility or otherwise will be decided by the Phinbellan Election Commission.

== Voting == | |||
On January 8, the Phinbellan Election Commission announced the date of polling day on February 3, 2022.
According to data obtained from the Election Commission, a total of 24,296,991 voters are registered to vote, most of whom are between 16 and 20 years old. Meanwhile, the actual number of voters, including foreign votes, was 24,243,496.
A total of 8,992,881 voters from among civil servants went to the polls on early polling day, which took place on January 29, five days earlier than official polling day. The date was set to make way for preparations for the Seollal and the Sino-Keltian New Year celebrations which was celebrated on 1 February. It was the first time that early voting had taken place earlier than usual four days before the official polling day.
On official polling day, a total of 15,224,110 people went out to vote, and the voting session ended at 22:00 NAT/23:20 PPT.
== Results == | |||
At 22:00 NAT/23:20 PPT on 3 February, all polling stations in all constituencies were closed, followed by the closing of the ballot boxes. The ballot boxes will be taken to counting centers in all constituencies. From 23:00 NAT/00:20 PPT, all counting centers will start counting votes and will announce unofficial results in each constituency via television broadcast, and by that time all television stations have broadcast analytical discussions since then. Unofficial results have shown Muhammad Jack Yahya and Danny Eric were in the top position at about 00:17 NAT/01:37 PPT. Unofficial results were announced again that Karrimoon and Mat Amen own the same percentage, each getting 3.08 percent. At 00:50 NAT/02:10 PPT, Mat Amen was of the opinion that he would not get his deposit back if he was in the bottom position, however he insisted he would not give up and accept the decision as best he could. Unofficial results showed Mat Amen and Karrimoon won each in 32 constituencies.
At 02:45 NAT/04:05 PPT on February 4, the Phinbellan Election Commission has announced that the counting of votes will officially begin, and all counting centers will begin the counting. Since Furkorn and Jack have a difference of less than two percent on unofficial results, then the second time count begins. The official results in each constituency have been announced and the overall count has also started, the results also show Furkorn has risen to the top position overtaking the top two candidates. Danny Eric and Jack Yahya were differentiated by over six percent. Furkorn has differentiated Jack by over 20 percent.
At 06:45 NAT/08:05 PPT, the official overall results were issued by Returning Officer Abdullah Azizan Fakhrul Muhallim Iskandar at the Election Commission Headquarters, Kampong Kelaboran, Pos Appat.<blockquote>Phineaner: Assalamualaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh dan selamat sejahtera, saya, Abdullah Azizan Fakhrul Muhallim Iskandar selaku Pegawai Pilihan Raya akan mengumumkan keputusan keseluruhan rasmi setelah pengiraan rasmi dari kesemua kawasan pilihan raya telah dikira.
