Victór Valèntich Flynn International Airport is an airport in Phinéas Padolski, a capital city in the Territory of Extraterritorial Authority of the Refugee Camp and Immigrant Settlements Area in Phinbella.
The airport is owned by Airport Authority Phinéas Padolski and Petroliam Phinbella or Petrophin via its Eastern Regional Office (ECRO), and was built to serve the purpose of airlifting its employees and ExxonMobil employees to their various oil platforms located 100–200 km offshore. The airport is operated by Airport Authority Phinéas Padolski which is the operator of Providenciales Bonin International Airport. The airport although small, has a dual 7,458 m long runway which can accommodate a Boeing 737-400 aircraft.
Most of the airport's operations are centred on the helicopters operated by Phinbella Helicopter Services (PhHS) used to transport workers to the platforms. The airport also used to have a weekday fixed-wing chartered service using a Beechcraft 1900 Airliner turboprop aircraft, also operated by PhHS, which shuttles Petrophin and ExxonMobil employees from Phinéas Padolski to the Phineas Flynn International Airport in Kota Perdana near Rintis Island. The fixed-wing service has ceased operation and now replaced with regular Malindo Air scheduled flights using ATR 72-600 short-haul aircraft.
