Zylenisí (Gerenian: Zylen) is a Constancian dependency located on the Wilhelm Isles in the Sea of Storms. It is located south of Lija and west of Lostisland.
Zylenia was founded in 1646 AN in the island of the same name and was incorporated to Gerenia as a dependency under direct control of the government. The island had a Governor appointed by the President. The Governor for the greater portion of the island's time under Gerenian rule was Diren Birnat.
Zylenia, as well as Piraf across the Captive Sea served as naval stations to support and protect the ships that navigated from mainland Gerenia to Gerenian South Keltia.
Constancian Sovereignty

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the Governor-General may detail or deputize personnel or agencies from the Government of the Imperial State of Constancia to assist them in their duties
AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that civilians of foreign nations aged 15 years and above wishing to set foot on the Zylenisi Dependency shall be charged an entrance fee of 10 Natopos or its equivalent in Imperial Staters, with a 5 Natopo fee for every 24 hours of residence therein, and an exit fee of 10 Natopos or its equivalent in Imperial Staters
AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that Imperial Constancian civilians aged 15 years and above shall be charged an entrance fee of 10 Imperial Staters, and a 5 Imperial Stater fee for every 24 hours of residence therein
AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that these collected sums shall be deposited to the Treasury of the Zylenisi Dependency for the development of the Dependency
AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that no sums shall be appropriated out of the Treasury of the Zylenisi Dependency without the consent of a majority of the Dependency Council, and that even the Governor-General shall be subject to this provision
AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that such necessary funding for their expenses shall be loaned from the Basileusan Bank at favorable terms, to be repaid by the Treasury of the Zylenisi Dependency
AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the Governor-General and the Dependency Council shall report on developments in the Zylenisi Dependency to the Autokrator at least once a month
AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that no person shall molest nor harm them under pain of my displeasure
AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that on the death, disability, incapacity, resignation or vacancy in the office of Governor-General, a member of the Dependency Council shall be elected among themselves to serve as Governor-General for not less than 12 months, and thereafter at the pleasure of the Dependency Council
AND FINALLY WE DECLARE that these commands reach all Subjects in the Imperial State and all others throughout Micras
