The 2013 EMU Championships, commonly referred to as EMU 2013, was the fifth tournament of the EMU Championships, and was held in Interland between 9 July and 21 July 2013. The twelve competing national teams all qualified successfully to be involved. The tournament's matches were played in eight stadiums in eight different cities around Interland.

The tournament was won by hosts Interland, for their first ever title, who beat holders Hamland in the final in Niki.

Hosting

Interland was chosen as the host of the tournament after submitting the sole application. The FMF Executives agreed that the bid was suitable for hosting and announced that the host's national team would receive an automatic berth in the tournament, as well as the winners of the previous tournament.
