The mass wedding at Teldrin in the eighth month of 1733 AN was undertaken by the N&H Future Leadership Programme with the support of the House of Osman, the House of Einhorn, the Honourable Company, and the United Ecclesiastical Corporation of Benacia. The purpose of the mass wedding was to reinvigorate certain key lineages whilst also rewarding the service of some retiring legates of the Benacian Union Defence Force as well as a number of loyalist Surenid generals by inducting them through marriages into lineages that would render them eligible for election onto the Senate of the Lakes in Hurmu. Notably the Bothan Institute and Lune Villa Finishing School contributed volunteers selected from the graduating classes of 1731 AN to support the initiative of the Future Leadership Programme.
