Lord High Censor

The Office of Lord High Censor, established in 1703 AN, is one appointed by the Congress of Chryse. Since 1728 AN the office has been held by Heinrich Adolphus Kryptsinger. The Lord High Censor exercises superintendent powers of inspection and discipline over the Benacian Censorate and the Worshipful Guild of the Sacred Carnifices, these being organisations which are together responsible for the preservation of a Harmonious Society within the Benacian Union.
