Teldrin is a city once part of the Goldshirian county of Lunaris and later Ynnraile in Shireroth. Teldrin now is part of the Kingdom of Ransenar. It is noted as one of the largest cities of Ransenar.
Teldrin is known for its imposing Fort Erutirn, containing a large garrison of Grand Army and Riverine Forces of Ransenar. Its quays and boatyards are a key stop in the busy inter-riverine trade on the Elwynn river. The Teldrin Mint is the largest facility of the Royal Mint of Ransenar, where the Ransenari erb is minted. It is also the site of the Sanatorium, the fortified residential cantonment for employees of the ESB Group's myriad Benacian operations.

Noting the immense need for greater investment in public healthcare and healthcare infrastructure, the Benacian Directorate of the ESB Group began construction of the Dr Ernst Cryptsinger Memorial Medical Center in 1691, in honor one of Teldrin's more well-known residents.
