Sigmundr Birgir Tarjeisson (1691 AN–, 60 AN years old ), born in Elijah's Rest, Normark, to Tarjei Thorgilsson and an unknown participant in the N&H Future Leadership Programme. Married Chryseandokht al-Osman on her 16th birthday in 1715. Bound by blood obligation to serve in the Elian Militia from his eighteenth birthday. Entered into the registers of the N&H National Sector Party for Normark from 1700 AN. Honourably discharged from the Elian Militia on 1.I.1721 AN.

Rescued via an undisclosed special operation by the Raspur Pact in the course of Operation Northern Light during the East Keltian Collapse. Restored to his wife, resident in Hurmu.

In 1737, taking consideration of his previous military service in Normark, commissioned as a Taxiarchos (Brigadier) in the Imperial Constancian Army (Reserve) and given command of the New Konungshjem Brigade, 510th (Shahzamin) Army.

Candidate for the Humanist List in the 1745 Senate of the Lakes election. As First Alternate, served as Secretary-General of the Coalition for Democratic Humanism beginning the Fourteenth Senate.
