Electra Kairo Johanna Penguinwaffels, Princess of Corum Electric, is a lich-adepta and princess of East Zimia and the Wallis Islands and Nidaros. The only child of Queen Mina II and her consort, Prince Hans, she was accidentally born two months after her parents' marriage when a power surge disrupted her amniotic tank during a visit to Corum Electric City. She was born on the same day as her second cousin, Cedric.
