The programme is treated as a side career for the young ones as the goal of the programme is to fully transition the young players into professional players while developing their skills and nuturing talent.
Players are sorted into 3 teams, DNTP North Select, DNTP Central Select and DNTP South Select, such that player resources are more evenly distributed. DNTP North trains and plays in the Catang Center, while DNTP Central is based in Inner Seragaan and is traditionally the more competitive team to get into. DNTP South is based in Sembalang Center.

All Dauians aged from 11 to 20 are allowed a free trial session at any of the DNTP Centers near them, if successful the players will be enrolled into the programme for free as it is the programme's goal to help raise talents no matter their social status. From 11 years of age to 15 the players will undergo term 1 of their programme, focusing on basic skills and also basic tactic while also having weekly mental health lessons to help with the stress and pressure.

Once the players reach 16 years of age, they have a choice to stay with the programme and increase their chances of becoming a professional or graduate at the age of 16 and get signed by an academy in Daau. For those which choose to stay with the programme, they will start term 2 of their programme in which includes more friendly matches, seminars with former professionals, more intense training sessions, trial chances with professional clubs and also a non-mandatory qualifications course taught by professionals for players whom choose to study for a coaching license or other qualifications.

After the 2nd term, which the players reach the age of 20, players can choose to remain with the programme if studying for qualifications or failure to find a professional club as the staff there will help the players reach their goals. The others either have found a club and will be graduating or have found an overseas team to join.

All full players which have graduated (term 1 and term 2) are permitted to skip [[National service (Daau)|national service]] to further focus on football as mentioned in the national service law.

The Daau National Talent Program or DNTP is a nation-wide programme which focuses on producing young footballing talents for Daau. Funded by the Dauian Sports Commitee and managed by the DSC Football Sector in collaboration with DAFA, the DNTP falls under non-public funding programs.

The programme specializes in youth development for Dauian players aged 11 to 20, with the goal of sending them off to professional football clubs or overseas.

Development

Players are sorted into 3 teams, DNTP North Select, DNTP Central Select and DNTP South Select, such that player resources are more evenly distributed. DNTP North trains and plays in the Catang Center, while DNTP Central is based in Inner Seragaan and is traditionally the more competitive team to get into. DNTP South is based in Sembalang Center.

All full players which have graduated (term 1 and term 2) are permitted to skip national service to further focus on football as mentioned in the national service law.

For foreign players which do not hold a Dauian passport (Trisx Kettleworth), players will still be accepted but however will graduate when they are 16 unless they have applied for a Dauian passport.

Centers

DNTP Inner Seragaan

DNTP Inner Seragaan is the base of operations for the footballing program. The campus includes 6 training pitches (3 zeon zoysia 11-a-side turfs, 3 natural cow grass 11-a-side turfs), 3 changing rooms, a fitness center and multiple meeting rooms used for matchday analysis or team meetings. The Inner Seragaan campus is used mainly for DNTP Youth League matches ranging from under-16's to under-21's. The Daau national football team also uses the campus when hosting youth national team trainings.

DNTP Catang

DNTP Catang is based rather up north and is closer to the northern coast, the center features a mere 3 training pitches, of which all 3 are zeon zoysia 11-a-side turfs for easy groundkeeping, a fitness center, 2 changing rooms and a spectator stand as the center is used for DNTP Youth League matches and Daau League games as it hosts Bedok Paya SC. The center is also located adjacent to the newly built Catang National Training Center.
