Jensen Mendoza Roland is a Dauian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Daau United.
Career
Youth
Jensen was accepted into the DNTP at the age of 12, joining 1 year late. He would continue to impress scouts at the programme centers and received multiple offers at the age of 16. Jensen however chose to stay at the center to further continue his development.
He would soon move to Daau City II as he signed with the club after his graduation from DNTP at the age of 20.
Daau City
The young goalkeeper would stay with the citizens after being promoted and hailed the next James Lai.
Jensen would be released on 1st July 2018 after he asked to leave the club after 3 years after being demoted to 4th choice goalkeeper.
Jurong West
Although sent into shock by the sudden demotion, Jensen would regain his confidence and sign with Jurong West for the 2018-19 season.
Daau United
Jensen would join Daau United on a free after his contract expired with Jurong West and he was suffering from an injury.
He would make his first appearance against Daau City, keeping a cleansheet whilst helping United with 2-0.
Personal Life
Born to a Craitish-Dauian mother and Dauian father, Jensen is still eligible to represent both Daau and Craitland. His grand-grandfather was a member of the Davinson Islands exploration team.
Jensen's brother, Albert Roland plays for Zhukang Hanbei as a defender.
