The Raspur Pact Centre of Sports Excellence is a sports academy centre based in Northcliff,Floria that specializes in the training of athletes from member nations of the Raspur Pact. The academy is one of the two elite sports academies located in Floria and is primarily overseen by the Florian Football Association and other sport governing bodies in Floria. Only the best athletes train at the facility and the academy offers programs in football, athletics, gridiron football, baseball and basketball. Administrative oversight is provided by the Permanent Commission of the Raspur Pact while operational oversight, especially on performance, is provided by a committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Raspur Pact.

The Raspur Pact Centre of Sports Excellence opened in 1687 AN to improve the overall standard of athletes from all members of the Raspur Pact to a standard that could compete at an elite level. Proposed by representatives from the Unified Governorates and Alduria-Wechua, Floria was chosen as the host country of the academy as Floria has been described as "one of the prominent centres of sporting excellence in Micras".

After the departure of Floria from the Raspur Pact, the Raspur Pact Centre of Sports Excellence moved to Punta Santiago, Nouvelle Alexandrie before settling in XXXXXX.
