The 2012–13 AEFA Champions' League was the second edition of the AEFA Champions' League, which began on 3 October 2012 with the First Qualifying Round and ended on 6 February 2013. Twenty six teams participated in the competition from eleven nations.
Domestic qualification
As the Gerenian League 1 had not completed its first season, a qualification tournament was held to determine its representatives. Ramez City White Stars and Mayfield Bazree AC qualified for the competition.
Senya was due to also hold qualifiers, but FADESS cancelled the tournament after one round of matches, selecting the top two clubs at Round 6 in the 2012–13 Senyan Top League as their representatives.
Lucerne held a two-legged qualifying match betwen its two clubs, Charon Sharks FC and Port Lucerne FC, with the Sharks winning.
