Foreign relations of Phinbella

Phinbella has full diplomatic relations with only five out of the 46 MCS member states. Phinbella’s foreign relations have been handled by Phinbellan President and the Minister of Foreign Affairs through Phinbellan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
