|The standard used by the President of Phinbella is a modification of the national flag. The crescent and the stars are bigger and centred on a field of red. According to the Istana, the Office of the President of Phinbella, the red background and the crescent and stars have the same symbolism as in the national flag. The standard is flown at the Istana from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, or until the President has left for his/her private residence.

|The Civil Ensign of Phinbella, which is used for Phinbella-registered civilian ships, is a red flag charged with a crescent and five stars, surrounded by a ring. The ratio of the width to the length of the ensign is one to two. According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Phinbella (MPA), this ensign should be used on Singapore ships instead of the national flag. In a 1999 marine circular, the MPA reminded masters, owners and officers of ships that those who do not use the Red Ensign risk being fined under the Merchant Shipping Act.

The flag of Phinbella was adopted on April 21, RP 2616. The current flag is the second used by the country since its the country joining Micras in January 2607 RP, after the formation of the Federal Republic of Phinbella in 2604 RP.. The colours used in the current flag canton are the official colours of Phinbella.

A plan to change the flag, announced by President Ikmal Hakimi in 2020, with assistent by Hazarbashi Yaşar Talha Bülbül (also designing a proposal flags), these planning are succesfully on April 21.

Design

The Phinbellan flag is a blue ensign based on the five different coloured bands (blue, yellow, red, green, and purple) and seven white stars, which is shown in the upper left canton of the flag; but has a sky blue field rather than the conventional blue.

The oblique bands symbolize a dynamic new country moving into the future. The colour blue depicts the sky and the sea that surrounds the Phinbella. Yellow is for the sun which gives light and life, red symbolizes the people and their determination to work for the future in unity and love, while the green depicts the land and natural environment and the purple band represents social justice and harmony. These seven white stars on this canton represent the elemental forces of lightning, wind, earth, fire, water, leaves and light.

The coloured stars represent the multiracial culture trought Phinbellans. This gold sword stands for the strictness in applying justice. This character on this flag, Mat Phineas Flynn are created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, is a symbol of Phinbellans.
