The National Judex of Sanama is the highest federal court in Sanama. It consists of nine justices appointed by the President of Sanama from a list prepared by the Supreme Judicial Council. The court has final jurisdiction over all controversies arising under federal law, as well as all cases appealed from a provincial or territorial court that concerns federal law or the federal constitution.
