She is the third child and first daughter of Prince Rubin and Princess Lyudmila of Shireroth. She is fifth in line to the Shirerithian throne after her two elder brothers, Prince Atreyu and Prince Valdemar al-Aziz.
On 29.XV.1723, Kaiseress Salome announced Farzana's engagement to Frederik Alfons des Vinandy, Duke of 's Koningenwaarde, and titular king of Batavia. On 12.I.1725, they married in 's Kongingenwaarde.
