The 2020 Benacia Cup, was the sixth tournament of the Benacia Cup, and was held in Batavia between 1 August and 15 August 2020. The eight competing national teams all qualified successfully to be involved. The tournament's matches were played in six stadiums in five different cities around Batavia.
The tournament was won by Sanama, for their first ever title, who beat holders Craitland in the final in 's Koningenwaarde.

Boycotts
Following the announcement of Batavia as the tournament's host nation, the Unified Governorates announced that it would be boycotting the 2020 Benacia Cup finals as part of its anti-Vanic policies implemented against the Batavian Confederation, but confirmed its team's participation in the qualifying rounds. Shireroth and Elwynn subsequently aligned themselves with the Unified Governorates' statement in boycotting the finals due to the declaration of war between Francia, which shared its head of state with Batavia, and Elwynn. Both nations' teams were still to participate in qualifying, albeit with the conditions that any fixtures drawn against Vanic-associated national teams be played behind closed doors in neutral venues while the Second Amokolian War was ongoing. Sanama also aligned itself with the finals tournament boycott, on the provision that its team successfully qualified.
Calls for the creation of a "Free Benacian Championship" to be held as an alternative to the Benacia Cup were immediately popular among the boycotting nations, but were ultimately fruitless, though did somewhat pave the way for the later foundation of the Raspur Pact Nations League.
During the qualifying rounds, which had been drawn into groups designed specifically to limit the number of fixtures between boycotting nations, the boycott was lifted by the Unified Governorates, Shireroth and Elwynn after the signing of the Norfae Peace Treaty to bring an end to the Second Amokolian War. However, the subsequent Francia-led Froyalan Tribunal once again caused a rift between the Batavian monarchy and Elwynn, and Elwynn reinstated its boycott. In addition, Drak-Modan, which had not been part of the original boycott, instituted a ban on its team from travelling to Batavia, as well as other Vanic nations. Later during the qualifying rounds, following the confirmation that their national teams would finish in a position to otherwise qualify them for the finals tournament, both Elwynn and Sanama lifted their boycotts to allow their teams to compete, voicing their intention of using such an occasion as an opportunity to stand against and defeat Vanic culture.
Ultimately, only Drak-Modan's boycott of the finals was fully sustained, though its team finished outside of its group's qualifying positions and as such would not have competed regardless.
Squads
Teams were required to name a twenty-man squad for the tournament, with two goalkeepers, numbered 1 to 20.
Group stage
The group draw was made by FMF President Craitman H. Pellegrino and AEFA President Barnaby Rudolph.
