The relations between Hurmu and the Kingdom of Normark are close and warm. Relations are characterised by shared cultural and linguistic heritage, historical closeness due to their associations with Elwynn, Natopia, and Shireroth, as well as their opposition to Vanic extremism, and the membership of most people of the Einhorn lineage in the Order of the Holy Lakes, including the current King, royal family, and Prime Minister of Normark.
Timeline
- 1689: Hurmu and Elwynn (of which Normark was then officially part) establish relations, with a Hurmu consulate-general established in Elijah's Rest.
- 1691: Hurmu–Raspur Pact Free Trade Agreement enters force, which establishes free-trade and relaxed visa regulations between Elwynn (including Normark; as well as other Raspur Pact countries)and Hurmu.
- 1703: Normark independence is achieved, and Normark and Hurmu establish diplomatic relations. Normark remains a member of the Raspur Pact

Trade is done through shipping and air.
