The 40th Xäiville Convention summit was held on 10–11.I.1729 AN in the Dark Berrian capital of Mountainview Bay. It was the first time that a summit had been held in the Dark Berry Islands, and was the first time that Aemilia attended.

All ten member nations of the Xäiville Convention were represented at the summit, including by all of the leaders of the respective countries.

Agenda
Two additional ceremonies were held, one commemorating the victims of the Dark Berry Islands civil war and another welcoming Aemilia into the convention. Sofia Fasthey personally greeted all the foreign leaders off the plane at the airport, and additionally held a bilateral meeting with Princess Emilia Antoinette, where the two discussed issues of mutual concern, including women's rights, trade and defence. Furthermore, Fasthey and Antoinette jointly opened Aemilia's embassy to the Dark Berry Islands.
