She was accordingly sworn in immediately afterwards.

The 1653 Elwynnese princely election took place in the aftermath of the Auspicious Occasion. It saw Liv Dravot being elected Princess of the Elwynnese Republic, succeeding Villy Esposito. It was the first princely election in Elwynn since 1607.
