The 2006 Cities' Cup season was the second edition of the Cities' Cup, the secondary football cup competition in Craitland. The cup was contested by 19 teams, and was held between January and May 2006.
The final was won by Róndlinga Diamonds FC, who beat Kealb FC 3–2 for their first ever title.
