Secretariat of Ghawetkiin Enkhjargal
The secretariat of Ghawetkiin Enkhjargal, also informally known as the second cabinet of Ghawetkiin Enkhjargal was the executive of Hurmu and the first one under the Secretariat of State from its formation in 1720 and until 3.VI.1728 when it was succeeded by the Secretariat of Anastasia.
It entered office on 17.XIII.1720 upon the entry into force of the Charter for the Order of the Holy Lakes. It succeeded the post-civil conflict interim (first) cabinet of Ghawetkiin Enkhjargal.
Composition of the Secretariat
Between 1720 and 1726 the majority of ministries were controlled by public servants appointed by the First Secretary. After 1726 the political parties represented in the Senate were invited to put forward nominees equal in number to their share of seats in the senate.
