Osman-Aguilar Holdings Corporation is a corporation registered and operating under the laws of the Imperial State of Constancia, and domiciled in Raspur but with offices in Nivardom, Raspur, and the Constancian Commercial Exchange Building complex, Aqaba. Established via Autokratorial Decree on 23.IX.1688, incidentally, the Autokrator's birthday. Upon accession of the Basileus Giakoumis, by necessity, it opened offices in Asterapolis and Petropolis.
It is, in effect, the Family Office of the House of Santiago-Santander.
Assets Under Management
The Corporation was established and capitalized using the private funds of Jaime Augusto Joaquin Primo de Aguilar, later the Basileus Giakoumis. These included his savings accumulated over a career serving the Free and Associative Kingdom, later the Imperial State, first as Kanikleios (Private Secretary) to Basileusa Cleo, then as appointed Strategos of the Thema Oranje, Minister of Finance, International Trade and Industry, as well as Kyvernitis of The Basileusan Bank and Sýmvoulos of the High Court. He was later appointed Director of Financial and Legal Services of the ESB Group.
The Corporation later managed the Estate of Basileus Giakoumis, or more specifically, the portion that was released to members of the House of Santiago-Santander. The Corporation coordinates with the Ministry for Crown Lands, Ministry of the Imperial Household, Ministry for Molivadia, and with other non-state institutions such as the Duke of Santiago Foundation, Santiago Development Corporation, Princess Rosamund Foundation, the Princess Isabella Foundation, Molivadia Development Corporation, Bank of Molivadia, and the ESB Group, usually through its Euran Directorate and Financial and Legal Directorate.
The Corporation currently manages the privy purses of the members of the Imperial Family and, on request, other members of the House of Santiago-Santander.

A Board of Directors, elected annually by the shareholders, controls the company, while daily management is run by an executive team elected annually by majority of the Board of Directors.
In 1693, a reorganization in the secretive corporation was announced in Constancian business news. The Princess Rosamund and The Prince Iñigo, both having reached the age of majority, joined the Board of Directors, and the Prince of Molivadia, Autokrator of Constancia, was formally appointed Chairman Emeritus.
On the occassion of the 90th birth anniversary of Isabella Simrani-Kalirion, the Princess Isabella Foundation was established as a charitable corporation under Imperial Constacian law, domiciled in the Principality of Molivadia, with an initial endowment of One Billion Natopos. It also opened offices in the Principality of Arboria and the Viscounty of Lumenetra.
Upon the untimely demise of the Basileus Giakoumis, reorganization of the Board of Directors took place, which was revealed via the usual corporate filings.
An office in Petropolis was opened beginning 1741.
