A Board of Directors, elected annually by the shareholders, controls the company, while daily management is run by an executive team elected annually by majority of the Board of Directors.

In 1693, a reorganization in the secretive corporation was announced in Constancian business news. The Princess Rosamund and The Prince Iñigo, both having reached the age of majority, joined the Board of Directors, and the Prince of Molivadia, Autokrator of Constancia, was formally appointed Chairman Emeritus.

On the occassion of the 90th birth anniversary of Isabella Simrani-Kalirion, the Princess Isabella Foundation was established as a charitable corporation under Imperial Constacian law, domiciled in the Principality of Molivadia, with an initial endowment of One Billion Natopos. It also opened offices in the Principality of Arboria and the Viscounty of Lumenetra.

Upon the untimely demise of the Basileus Giakoumis, reorganization of the Board of Directors took place, which was revealed via the usual corporate filings.
