Martin Simrani ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati
Martin Simrani ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati (born Allswell, Elwynn, 1698) is a Hurmu diplomat with concurrent Benacian Union nationality with mixed Babkhi–Hurmu–Germanian ethnicity. The son of Azartush Simrani ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati and Katarina Esch, he was sent to Hurmu at the age of 18 to learn government. In 1720, he was appointed Hurmu's consul-general in Nordiskehjem, Normark. He held that position until 1722, when, upon the orders of First Secretary of State Ghawetkiin Enkhjargal, for reasons not obviously clear to anyone[1], was transferred to consul in Carlstad, Mondosphere Varmland instead. In 1723, Carlstad became Hurmu's representation to the Three Kingdoms.
Through his mother, he belongs to the Order of the Holy Lakes as a descendant of Vali Ri av Silmahamnum (1426–1538). Through his father, he belongs to Babkhi–Elwynnese nobility as a descendant of Simran ibn al-Majeed.
