Karel Kyle des Vinandy, Prince of Vinandy ('s Koningenwaarde, 16 VIII 1676 AN) is the second child of the former King of Batavia, Arkadius Frederik Gustavus des Vinandy, and Clara Sundara Waffel-Paine. From his birth until the fall of the Frankish Empire, he was the crown prince, first in line of succession. Between 1685 and 1691 AN he lived with his elder sister and younger brother in hiding in Batavia. But when his uncle, Hendrik Leopold des Vinandy, became king of Batavia he moved to Vesüha.

Prince Karel Kyle was born in the Blanckenhof Palace in ‘s Koningenwaarde.

The king ordered the firing of salute shots. In Amokolia, Batavia and Helderbourgh, 33 salute shots were fired in each of those countries. The Tassity Mansabdar fired 35 salute shots from their flagship. The national flag was hoisted on all government buildings in the three countries.

Titles he would inherit from his mother: Duke of Hazelwood, Count of Maconvale, Lord in Jorvik. But after the divorce of his parents, only the title "Lord in Jorvik" is left.
