Relay Television (Phineaner: Talivisyen/Televisyen Relay; RTV) is a free-to-air terrestrial television network in Phinbella established and launched on 21 August -27BP, it is owned by Broadcast Relay Services Phinbella (BRS) and is the third television network in Phinbella after De Veertiende (ARF's flagship station) where it only covers the Free area of the Federation and its surroundings, including directly-administered territories and Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï. Relay Television is headquartered in Persiaran Penggawa located in Nilam Puri, Negara Awan, close to the Parliament of Phinbella buildings. RTV competes with KBS (TV1 and TV2), FPPO, ARF De Veertinde, Time Highway Broadcasting, Territorial Broadcasting System Television, Special Broadcasting System (RCTP, SBS-MNC, Global TV and SBS-News), DBS-TV, NNN-TV and Channel TX, all of which are flagship stations of the national network. It consists of two analogue and digital free-to-air channels namely RTV-1 (Phineaner Service; channel 17) and RTV-2 (Istvanistani/Common Tongue Service; channel 18), both of these channels are the flagship stations of the network. Apart from the two flagship stations, it also has a number of regional stations to cover the Free area of the Federation.
