The 2023 CrFA League 3 season was the twentieth edition of the CrFA League 3, the tertiary football league in Craitland. The league was contested by eight teams, and was held between September 2022 and May 2023.

Promotion-relegation play-off

A mandatory play-off was held to determine whether relegation and promotion took place. The first-placed team in League 3 faced the bottom-placed team from League 2.
