The flag of Phinbella (Phineaner: Bendera Phinbella; Taesongean: 핀벨라의 국가; RR: Phinbella-ui gukgi), otherwise known as the flag of the Federal Republic of Phinbella (Phineaner: Bendera Repablik Persekutuan Phinbella; Taesongean: 핀벨라연방공화국의 국가; RR: Phinbella Yeonbang Gonghwaguk-ui Gukgi), contains a light blue field with a canton of the five national colors of blue, yellow, red, green and purple and seven white stars – plus seven yellow stars and a main figure of Phinbella, Mat Phineas Flynn who created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, which is placed on a light blue field. The current flag is the third used by the country since its establishment on 6 January RP 2615. The canton containing the five national colors is the government ensign used during the Phinbellan provisional government and will be used as the national ensign until RP 2616.
In RP 2616, there was a debate about changing the flag that lasted for several days and the flag at that time was opposed by most of the Micras community due to its similarities with flags from the real world, a flag designed by a former Hazarbashi, Yaşar Talha Bülbül officially adopted on April 21 by the national flag of five stripes was made into a canton and also the nine yellow stars were replaced by seven colored stars.
