The 2010 Cities' Cup season was the sixth edition of the Cities' Cup, the secondary football cup competition in Craitland. The cup was contested by 18 teams, and was held between December 2009 and May 2010.
The final was won by Zekäbelóman Kahthajtensen FC, who beat Abidelaären Kahthajtensen FC 3–1 for their first ever title.
