Willem Antonius des Vinandy ('s Koningenwaarde, 27.IV.1694 AN) is the third child of the former King of Batavia, Hendrik Leopold des Vinandy, and his wife Elena de Aragon. He and his twin sister were born at Blanckenhof Palace in 's Koningenwaarde. Along with their parents, they stayed in Leylpur when their father was under treatment at a clinic there. This stay became permanent when their father felt forced to resign. Frederik Alfons ascended the Lion Throne and they became estranged.

He received military training with the Çakari Armed Forces. He then went on to study public administration at University of Šer-Ku-Riž. He challenged his cousin with a game of Tahmaseb chess, which he won. He was then appointed governor of the Oceanic territory and became the youngest state executive.

He plays the organ, enjoys playing chess and loves the outdoors.

On 5.VIII.1723, he married Sirithil of Laegel. She gave birth to a set of twins on 17.II.1726, a girl and a boy. Sirithil gave named their daughter Aliande Sirithilion, Aliande after her own slain mother, and Sirithilion as a metronymic. Willem gave the boy the name Karel Frederik des Vinandy, Karel after his own grandfather, and Frederik after his own great-grandfather.

On 11.XIV.1730, Sirithil gave birth to a son, named Hendrik Willem des Vinandy, Hendrik after his grandfather, and Willem after his father.
