Singapore Street (Sangunese: シンガポールストリート, translit.: Shingapōru Sutorīto, Taesongean: 싱가포르스트리트; RR: Singgaporeu Seuteuriteu; Yapreayan: Singapurtwi Amҩadu（）()()()()()()()()()()()()()(); Ashkenatzi: סינגאַפּאָר סטריט; romanization: Singapor Strit), officially known as the Metropolitan City of Singapore Street (Sangunese: シンガポールストリート大都市, Phineaner: Bandaraya Metropolitan Singapore Street; Taesongean: 싱가포르스트리트광역시; RR: Singgaporeu Seuteuriteu Gwangyeok-si; Ashkenatzi: סינגאַפּאָר סטריט מעטראָפּאָליטאַן שטאָט; Yapreayan: Ķalaķʹ Metroҧolitant deҧ Singapurtwi Amҩadu（）()()()()()()()()()()()()()()), colloquially referred to as SS, formerly known as Api-Api and Hsinking (Sangunese: 新京, translit.: Shinkyō, Taesongean: 신경; RR: Shin-gyeong; MR: Shin-kyŏng; Ashkenatzi: הסינגקינג), is the territorial capital and largest city of Kōkai State, a Phinbellan territory within the Phinbelan Euran States region with special self-governing status, it is also the administrative center and one of the core city of the Singapore Street Collectivity. Located between Losong River, it covers an area of ​​372.45 square kilometers with a population of 3,187,176 people as of 1730 AN (RP 2620) which makes the city the second largest city in the PES region and the third largest city in Phinbella. It is a city that has many skyscrapers in the region together with the city Høkō. It is one of the largest contributors to the country's GDP among the major cities in Phinbella and Phinbelan Euran States, and forms part of the Singapore Street Metropolitan Area which also includes Glayzer, Samarang, Salbiah and part of Padang Hijau Collectivity including Bokor Autonomous Sub-district, with 3.8 million residents as of 1730 AN.

This city serves as the administrative center of the Kōkai State territorial government which houses the residence of the governor and the territorial legislature, and the economic center of the state, the city is also the main gateway to many of the Kōkai state's tourist destinations. Known for its nightlife and futuristic Cyberpunk atmosphere, Singapore Street has been ranked as the second most competitive city in the PES region behind Høkō, and also one of the most competitive cities in Phinbella, however, the city is full of challenges and obstacles for some residents as well as migrants from other collectivities in Kōkai. The city is also a financial, shipping and logistics center for this territory and the PES region. The city has an important history of being used by foreign powers for its port, which is also a transit for offshore oil rig workers in the Kōkai and Shandānø'kaí waters. In the 15th century to the end of the 18th century, the Singapore Street area often changed hands under the influence of the red-flagged Natlanese and Gur'latanese, until in -205BP, the two tribes ruled this area together. Local people of various races call the area by various names which makes the name of the place have no official name. Also in that era, there was a group of Phineaners and Yapreayans who migrated to Kōkai mainly in the Singapore Street area and assimilated their culture with the local Natlanese and Gurlatanese culture. In -110BP, the Barinean Kōkai Trade and Development Company (BKTDC) first established a settlement near Orchid Island. Followed by the arrival of chartered companies in the city. In November -103BP, a place opposite Orchid Island was identified as a suitable location for a chartered company based in this place. The place was used as a trading center in the region, especially dealing with the local population. Development in the area began soon after; and the place was named "Api-api" before it was renamed "Singapore Street" in -72BP and in RP 2600, and important figures such as Takaritsuki Moyōmori, Mior Tuah Arman Mior Chek and Rhode Providence Fletcher played an important role in the early development of the city in the late nineteenth century. Singapore Street became the main trading port in the area, and was connected to the Southern Kōkai Railway which was run by the Barinean Sangunese-owned charter company so much so that it belonged to the Southern Kōkai Railway Zone, basic goods such as tea were also brought to the city from the Lojing Highlands.

The city grew rapidly with the construction of some of the most important buildings and skyscrappers in the -60BPs to the RP 2600s, so much so that it was renamed "Hsinking" in -54BP. However, during that period there were also some local battles and rebellions, especially the Hsinking Revolt led by a group of native Kōkainese Phineaner, Hafu-Natlanese, Eurphinonesian, Manschūhōrian and Sangunese people.

This city was once the center of government for the five previous rulers, and serves as the capital of the Republic of Kōkai and the State of Kōkai. The local government known as the Singapore Street City Council administers 23 special wards and six mukims including two surrounding satellite towns and Fantasy Resort Phinbella Bunga Orkid, rather than administering the entire collectivity. City status was awarded to Hsinking after it was renamed as "Singapore Street" with the title of Southern Futuristic Heritage Metropolitan City on March 7, RP 2600. Singapore Street has experienced rapid development in recent decades and is home to the tallest telecommunications tower in the PES region, the Singapore Street Skytree which since then becoming an iconic symbol of the development of this territory, this tower has replaced an old telecommunications tower that was demolished. Singapore Street is well-connected to cities and towns within the Singapore Street Metropolitan Area such as Glayzer, Lojing Highlands, Salbiah and Bokor via the Southern Kōkai Railway and the fast-growing Singapore Street Integrated Transit System, as well as the new expressway in actively and quickly under construction. It is also connected to Heijō, Høkō and Desaremix by two different railway and expressway networks.

The attractions in and around the city include Hatashio Palace, Pasar Besar Kedai Buluh, Kōkai State Museum, Kōkai Inter-Phineonesian Financial District, Tepian Putra shopping center, Pavilion Kōkai, Fantasy Resort Phinbella Bunga Orkid and Bisikan Bayu Beach. As the city is not immune to modernity and development, Singapore Street is known for its historical heritage and futuristic architecture as well as Eurphinonesian and Phineaner architecture, the city is known for its strong Western, Manschūhōrian, Sangunese and Phineaner influences mixed with local culture from its long history.
