LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, Li Raion Naomiai Avon-El Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, being of sound mind and body, hereby declare this to be my last will and testament, made on the 22nd day of fifth month in the year 1721, following the passing of my beloved husband, Zahir al-Din, and son, David. I make this testament in accordance with the laws of Hurmu and the Order of the Holy Lakes, guided by the principles of the Brida, and the traditions in Hurmu, Natopia, and Shireroth. Hurmu law shall apply to the entirety of my estate.

I hereby appoint the Commander of the Order of the Holy Lakes as the executor of this will, entrusting them with the responsibility of ensuring its faithful execution and the proper distribution of my estate in accordance with my wishes.

In accordance with my wishes, I request a funeral be conducted in the solemn Bovic rites. Furthermore, I desire to be laid to rest beside my dear departed son in Kaupang, so that we may find eternal peace together.

I request that upon my passing, my estate shall be distributed as follows:

To my grandson, Utas, the rightful heir and descendant of my late son, David, I bequeath the lordship of Hoffenheim in the Principality of Whales. May he carry the title, and rule the territory, with honour and wisdom.

My seat in the Senate shall pass to my trusted cousin Marcus Eskender Avon-El Ayreon-Kalirion Myksos, Prince among the Lakes, the Dutch of Vigeland, who has proven his dedication to our shared causes. I trust that he will uphold the values and responsibilities associated with this position.

All my private documents and collections of state shall be entrusted to the custody and care of the Order of the Holy Lakes. May they serve as a source of knowledge and enlightenment for generations to come.

The property I possess in Huyenkula shall be inherited by my trusted cousin Marcus Eskender Avon-El Ayreon-Kalirion Myksos, Prince among the Lakes, the Dutch of Vigeland, acknowledging his loyal service and recognizing his connection to the Avon-El lineage and need of a place to live in Huyenkula while performing his service in the Senate.

My property in Shireroth shall be equally divided by the children of Prince Kir Azariah Vidar, acknowledging their rightful claim and fostering goodwill between our families.

All remaining assets and belongings shall be divided equally between my beloved daughter, Abigail, and my cherished grandson, Utas, as a testament to their place in my heart and the bond we share.

I hereby appoint Patrik Djupvik, Zyl Avon-El, and Zachariah Wythe al-Osman de la Gardie as witnesses to this testament, affirming that they have seen and heard me declare these provisions as my true and final wishes.

This instrument was, on the date hereof, signed, published and declared by Her Imperial Highness Princess Li Raion Naomiai Avon-El Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, to be her Last Will and Testament, in our presence and in the presence of each of us and we, at the same time, at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto signed our names and addresses as attesting witnesses.
