The Council of Courts exercises executive authority in the government of the Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union.

Functions

The Council of Courts is responsible for issuing the decrees which shape the domestic and foreign policy of the Bassarid nation.

Mata Siva	Supreme Arbiter	853 WG - 905 WG	As Supreme Arbiter, Mata Siva helped to reshape the Pallisican approach to foreign affairs, such that Passio-Corum became more willing to engage with other nations.
Chelkra Teada	Supreme Arbiter	905 WG - 36.26 PSSC	As the Supreme Arbiter Councils of Court, Chelkra Teada led the effort to restore order in Passio-Corum following the Miracle of Kan Zen, which brought the nation to the brink of civil conflict. Teada's role as Supreme Arbiter when in 26.26 PSSC, Kan Zen - with the support of the Stripping Path in the Houses of Pallisican Chelkra - assumed the responsibilities of the role for herself.
Kan Zen	Crown of Passio-Corum Empress of the Sea of Storms Priestess of Agripinilla Supreme Arbiter of the Council of Courts	36.26 PSSC - 163/3/37	As Supreme Arbiter, Kan Zen greatly expanded the scope of the Council of Courts to include positions such as the Administrator-General of the Florian Economic and International Trade Federation, the Governess of the Pallisican Pretender Government of Elijah's Rest, and Bassarid Chief Intelligence Officer. She also worked to support the establishment of new brokerages such as Pallisican Standard International and the Pallisican War Prosperity Fund, and new Regional Investors including that of the Province of the River Erik, the New Zimian Merchant Marines, and the Bassarid Kingdom of New Normark.
Díapaza Bréidle	Crown of Passio-Corum Empress of the Sea of Storms Priestess of Agripinilla Supreme Arbiter of the Council of Courts	163/3/37 PSSC - 80/2/44	Under the administration of Díapaza Bréidle, the role of the Council of Courts was greatly diminished in Bassarid civic affairs, as large portions of the country distanced themselves from the nation's central government, significantly favoring economic and military ties over political ones. In 44.44 PSSC, Bréidle would be forced to relinquish the role of Supreme Arbiter, to be replaced by the Speaker of the Congress of Regional Investors, though she would continue to retain the title of Empress and Priestess of Agripinilla.

She was removed from her office in 40.93 on the basis of allegations that she had attempted to conspire against the Crown, and was exiled to the Stars Archipelago - a region subsequently ceded by the Bassarids to Krasnocoria in exchange for a small group of islands in Apollonia.

Fï Ríoja del Háifa	Office of the Oracle	159/03/36 - 163/3/37	Originally a Temple Priestess and Companion of Kan Zen, Fï Ríoja del Háifa was appointed as Oracle after playing a central role in the secret negotiations between Pallisican and Haifan leaders which would ultimately result in the establishment of the Port of Vines and the Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union. With this said, Ríoja's tenure as Oracle is one marred by tragedy. Her story is to this end told in the tragic play entitled The Ríjiades.
