This name is a combination of the Phineaner word "Ceria" which literally means cheerful and "Olympiad". This games was organized by the Phinbellan Sports Federation.
The latest game was held in RP 2617 after a three-year delay, with the fifth Cerialimpiade Games being held in Phinéas Padolski. The sixth Cerialimpiade Games in RP 2618 will be held in September or October RP 2618, but no host city has yet been selected.
