The 2026 Cerialimpiade Games (Sangunese: 2026年チェリアリンピック, translit.: Nisen Nijūroku-nen Cheriarinpikku?, Phineaner: Sukan Cerialimpiade 2026/2622; Taesongean: 2026년체리아림피아드; Natlanese: North: Tlauilankayotl Tzeriatlimpiad 2026; South: Báakhalo'ob u Tscherialimpiade 2026; Jääkieli: Tserialympialaiset 2026), officially the 8th Cerialimpiade Games (第八回チェリアリンピック競技大会, Dai Hatchi-kai Cheriarinpikku Kyōgi Taikai?, Sukan Cerialimpiade Kelapan; 제8회 체리아림픽경기대회; VIII tserialympiadin kisat), known as the Singapore Street-Koskenniemi 2622, are a Phinbellan multi-sport event held in Singapore Street, Kōkai and Koskenniemi, Nod-Krai. It is scheduled to take place from 18 September to 19 October RP 2622. Initially, Singapore Street was chosen as the host city, but in 1751 AN, the Phinbellan Sports Federation invited Nod-Krai to be a co-host of the Games, as this year has been a year of focus for the region since its inception in 1748 AN. It is a national sporting event held after a second two-year postponement after being held in Longhïa'pyōn Tawao in 2024.

The 2026 Cerialimpade Games will be the first Cerialimpade Games to be held in the Phinbellan Euran States region.

Bidding process

After the seventh Cerialimpiade Games in Longhïa'pyōn Tawao, which was the first time that Kōkai State had participated in the country's largest sporting event, one of the Natlanese warriors who had represented the state's contingent expressed the wish that Kōkai State would host the next edition, this was in response to the aftermath of the war that had taken place in the Natlan region which required various major events to revive the spirits of the people of the Kōkai State, including plans for a resort to be built on an island off the coast of the Tukau collectivity and an international cultural festival. In 1740 AN, a volunteer organization for CGNG26 was formed and contacted the Phinbellan Sports Federation to participate in the bidding process with a 245-page bid book. The bid specified Singapore Street, the capital of Kōkai State, as the host city.

In 1744 AN, the host selection took place at the Extraordinary National Sports Conference (ENSC) of the Phinbellan Sports Federation at the Kempinska Hotel, Djakawarna, Negara Awan. Singapore Street was placed on a long list of ballots along with other candidate host cities such as Danville, Hsinhōdokian, Tanah Rata, Kampung Raja, Inderakonur, Naborstadt and Niijimajōka. In the first round, Singapore Street, Danville and Hsinhōdokian managed to secure the top spot, beating out the other candidate host cities, and the shortlist was announced on 1.XIII.1744 AN. All three host cities hosted site visits before the final decision on the host city was made at the Kempinska Hotel on 19.VII.1745 AN.

On 32.XV.1746 AN, the PSF evaluation team completed a two-day preliminary review of competing proposals from the three host city candidates. However, Singapore Street and Danville were praised by the evaluation team for their creativity in preparation, furthermore, Easybreeze Holiday Resort located in Tukau was almost completed at that time. Since the Cerialimpiade Games will also be held in 2027, the PSF has given the opportunity to all three host candidates to participate in the vote for 2026 and 2027.

At the PSF General Meeting Session at the Kempinska Hotel on 18.VI.1747 AN, Singapore Street won the vote and Kōkai was selected as the host for the 2026 edition, while Danville came in second and the Tri-State Area was selected as the host for the 2027 edition.

Host territories Host cities Votes
Kōkai Kōkai Singapore Street 29 votes
Tri-State Area Tri-State Area Danville 10 votes
Manschūhōria Manschūhōria Hsinhōdokian 2 votes

In 1748 AN, Nod-Krai was designated as the twentieth territory of Phinbella after being handed over from the Barbarite authorities, and at that time the situation in Nod-Krai needed attention. Therefore, a recent PSF meeting was held to discuss with the SS26 Cerealimpiade Games organization and the Kōkai state government to invite Nod-Krai to be a co-host. They have reached a consensus and designated Singapore Street and Koskenniemi, the largest city in Nod-Krai as joint host cities.

Concerns and incidents

Before the Games

During the Games

Attempted kidnapping of one of the wheelchair basketball athletes from the Scattered Islands

An attempted abduction incident involving Kai Bima Mahardika—a wheelchair basketball player representing the Scattered Islands—was perpetrated by a group of pro-ableists. He and his team were staying at the Tempasuk Block in the athletes' village, which also housed athletes from the Tempasuku region and was under strict police surveillance. He and his team were also monitored by local authorities in Koskenniemi while training before returning to the athletes' village. As the wheelchair basketball event in Samarang approached, concerns mounted regarding the safety of Kai, his team, and the contingent from the Scattered Islands; the situation prompted Chief Minister Leo Bernadus Ethan to personally intervene and fly to Kōkai to assess Kai's circumstances. He was accompanied by the State Executive Councillor for Youth and Sports named Jango. The Kōkai state police also mobilized their forces to tighten security measures for the athletes. News of the arrival of Leo and the EXCO member reached the Chief Minister of Kōkai State; he called a surprise press conference and sought to meet with Leo to discuss this serious matter.

On the first day of the event, all team members—including Leo and Jango—were transported from the athletes' village to the venue with Barracuda-type tanks provided by the Phinbellan Armed Forces, accompanied by police cars. En route, two blockades were encountered: one near the athletes' village and another at a tunnel where directed to Singapore Street. These blockades were carried out by a group of pro-ableists intent on kidnapping Kai. However, the police, Leo and Jango himself successfully thwarted the attempts, allowing the team to continue their journey to the venue in Samarang.

Upon arrival at the venue, the team was escorted inside under tight security, while a group of police officers guarded the premises and monitored the situation to prevent any unauthorized entry. The match between the Scattered Islands and the Mondstadt team began at 12:45 NAT for the first quarter. However, towards the end of the quarter, a chaotic incident broke out, instigated by the same group of pro-ableist agitators. Spectators, camera crews, and the Mondstadt team attempted to flee, though several individuals sustained injuries. Meanwhile, the police, Leo, Jango, and their associates worked to protect the Scattered Islands team and facilitate their escape. Two Kōkainese athletes assisted in bringing the situation under control and subduing the group. One of Leo's associates deployed gas, forcing the group to flee the scene. Following the incident, the match between the Scattered Islands and Mondstadt resumed at 13:30 NAT and concluded at 14:30 NAT. At 14:40 NAT, the pro-ableist group reappeared and caused further chaos, but the situation was successfully brought under full control by the relevant parties. All players from the Scattered Islands team were safely escorted away from the scene.
