The Kōkai Intermicronational Cultural Festival (Sangunese: 黃海国際文化フェスティバル, translit.: Kōkai Kokusai Bunka Fesutibaru?, KICF or FKAK; Phineaner: Festival Kebudayaan Antarabangsa Kōkai; Taesongean: 황해국제문화축제; RR: Hwanghae Gukje Munhwa Chukje) is an annual cultural festival held in mid- to late summer or early autumn in the city of Singapore Street, Kōkai. This festival is an annual food, music and dance festival that focuses on the cultural and racial diversity of Kōkai State especially Natlanese and Gur'latanese. This festival was established to promote unity among the local population and the multi-racial traditional folk culture that is deeply rooted in the state. During the festive period, locals from various ethnics, several foreign delegations and tourists participate in several events such as tent decoration, rickshaw decoration, cooking competitions, fun games and dance performances which are divided into three segments (coastal, overseas and inland).
This festival is attended by all ethnicities in the state such as the Kōkainese Phineaners, Natlanese and Gurlatanese, Eurphineonesian, Sangunese, Taesongean and others, and it is also attended by foreign delegates whether from other realms in the Order of the Holy Lakes and other countries in Micras.
